Salah has been a revelation during his loan spell at Fiorentina having previously stalled in his 12 months as a Chelsea player. Having scored six goals since joining in January, the Viola are keen to extend the loan deal for another season.

De Bruyne exit
The same report claims De Bruyne is prepared to stay with Wolfsburg for another season, but a bid of £35m will tempt them into selling. With the likes of Bayern Munich also interested, that price is very much achievable.
De Bruyne was signed from Chelsea in an £18m deal last summer and has been a revelation. The 23-year-old has scored 14 goals and assists a further 23 in all competitions for Wolfsburg. They are now likely to qualify for next season's Champions League as a result.

Wolfsburg scouts have been so impressed by Salah that it is likely that they will make a bid to sign him even if De Bruyne does not leave. They are confident of outspending Fiorentina, who have been struggling to balance to books in recent seasons.
There was little or no place for De Bruyne at Stamford Bridge when he left last summer, but has since proved to be more than capable of playing for Mourinho's side. Although Chelsea made a profit by selling him for £18m, they lost a player with the potential to be world-class and worth many times more.
If Louis van Gaal or Manuel Pellegrini manages to bring De Bruyne back to the Premier League it will only amplify Mourinho's strange decision.
Similarly, Salah has shown what he is capable of at Fiorentina, which has also questioned why he was given such a small role in the Chelsea squad. At 22-years-old, Salah has plenty of time to get even better, but obviously did not meet the Special One's high standards.
