We here at GiveMeSport don't often have the opportunity to write about Mexico's Golden Chihuahua basketball league but, thanks to former Delta State forward Lloyd Hickinson, we simply had no other option today.
That's because Hickinson has managed to produce one of the all-time worst slam attempts during the league's All-Star game celebrations this week.
In an attempt to replicate the likes of Blake Griffin circa 2011, the American set out to dunk over a parked car. Unlike the LA Clippers star though, this 'dunk' ended simply in pain and embarrassment.

The crowd were hyped, the atmospheric music was blaring out the speakers and the fireworks were ready to ignite as Hickinson began his run up toward the white convertible.
Then this happened.
Those shins have got to be hurting today. Both legs slamming against the convertible's door as Hickinson comes crashing down having only made it to the rim with his attempt. And don't forget about the person in the passenger seat - they must have been fearing for their life as Hickinson's big frame headed their way.
If at first you don't succeed
While the player - who spent time at Southern University and Delta State during his NCAA career - was left embarrassed by his first attempt at the trick shot he wasn't going to be denied that easily.
After picking himself up and dusting himself down the youngster went back for one more go. And this time he made it.
Indeed he was even crowned the Slam Dunk contest's overall winner.
There is a lesson in there somewhere I'm sure...Don't jump over cars. Yep, that's it.
