Alexis Sanchez has only been an Arsenal player for eight months, but it took him much less time than that to establish himself as arguably the Gunners’ most important attacking player.
The Chile international has scored 19 goals in 39 appearances since arriving from Barcelona last July - a better record than even the most optimistic Arsenal fans probably expected - and now he has proved, in this excellent new video, that he is surely the most skilful player at the Emirates Stadium.
Challenged to juggle a variety of random items, including a rubber frog and even a bulb of garlic, Sanchez performed surpassingly well in front of the Arsenal camera.
Sanchez suffering from burnout?
Arsenal fans will enjoy seeing Sanchez with a smile on his face, with fears that he might be suffering from burnout because of the sheer amount of football he has played this season.
Sanchez has only managed to score one Premier League goal in his previous seven appearances for Arsenal and there’s no doubt his performances have dipped a little since the turn of the year.
Copa America pressure
But the South American will be back in action on Sunday afternoon, at the Emirates Stadium, as Chile go head-to-head with Brazil in a warm-up match ahead of this summer’s Copa America.
Sanchez, as Chile’s star man, will be under pressure to help his national team win the prestigious South American competition this summer.
Chile are the host nation and have never won the tournament, despite the fact they have participated in every competition since its inception in 1916.
Is Sanchez Arsenal's most skilful player?
So, is Sanchez the most skilful player at Arsenal?
Mesut Ozil would have something to say about that, as would the little magician Santi Cazorla, but Sanchez might just have the edge on both of them.
