With just hours to go until the lights go up for WrestleMania 31 there is some worrying injury news emanating out of Levi's Stadium that could significantly affect one of the night's most hyped matches.
According to PW Elite, subscription required, WWE Superstar Bray Wyatt had to be carted from the ring after spraining his ankle whilst warming up.
With Wyatt slated to do battle with The Undertaker - traditionally one of the biggest draws for 'Mania each and every year - the reports are obviously worrying for all involved.
At present it doesn't look like the injury is significant enough to threaten the match vs The Undertaker actually taking place but there was clearly enough pain for Wyatt to have to cut short his warm up.
Medical staff are reported to have taken him immediately to the back of the stadium.
With rumor and speculation concerning the health and fitness of the now 50-year-old Undertaker, the fact that it is actually his opponent that has picked up an injury in the lead up to WrestleMania 31 is slightly ironic.
More importantly though it could actually affect how the match plays out. We don't know the severity of the sprain at present but whatever the status WWE fans should expect to see the heel limping during the match.
With Wyatt expected to do much of the work considering The Undertaker's age and lack of recent action, this means the entertainment factor could be cut for sure.
What do you think WWE fans? Do you fear The Undertaker's 'Mania match would be ruined by injury two years in a row? And how much of a difference will this make? Have your say in the comments section below...
