Despite not hiring a new head coach, the Cleveland Browns could well be the NFL team in the biggest state of flux.
With Johnny Manziel currently in rehab with no set date for his release, Josh Gordon suspended for the minimum of an entire year and Brian Hoyer choosing to fight for a quarterback job rather than be a starter in Cleveland, there's been a heavy amount of turnover at the Browns.
Because of all this uncertainty, the Browns are apparently interested in bringing in another quarterback via either a trade or the draft.

Mariota & Bradford
According to a report from Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, the Browns may well be thinking about the possibility of trying to draft Marcus Mariota in the first round, or go next into trade negotiations for Sam Bradford.
Cabot writes that she believes the Browns are happy with Josh McCown being their starter week one, but that the team will almost certainly be working behind the scenes to strengthen the QB position.

"I think they'll try to trade up to draft Marcus Mariota, and I also think they could make another run at Sam Bradford on draft day. If they don't land one of those two, I do think McCown will be their man in 2015."
Cabot went on to sat that their is a third possibility for the Browns to use at the quarterback position, the undrafted Connor Shaw, who served as the third choice last year behind Hoyer and Manziel but was impressive in 2014 pre-season and did better than Manziel when brought in against the Baltimore Ravens in the regular season.
Crazy Draft Ahead?
The potential is there for the 2015 NFL draft to be a crazy one. Jameis Winston seems certain to go number one overall to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers which leaves the future of Marcus Mariota up in the air.
There are a whole host of teams that will be interested in Mariota and it only takes one of them to pull the trigger and offer something crazy to the Tennessee Titans for the number two pick, whether it be the Philadelphia Eagles coach Chip Kelly completing his massive overhaul of the squad or the Browns giving up both their picks and something else to move up.
