Scott Steiner has been creating plenty of headlines in the last week or so, after the former WWE superstar was involved in an alleged unsavoury incident with WWE legend Hulk Hogan's wife.
Details that emerged on Tuesday put Steiner at the center stage of an altercation with Hogan's wife Jennifer, with the former superstar accused of telling Hogan's wife that he would "kill" the WWE legend.
Steiner has been accused of grabbing Mrs. Hogan at an airport in California, before telling her that he planned to "kill Terry" (Hulk Hogan's real name) as soon as the plane landed.
Steiner speaks out
While we have heard plenty of speculation and rumors about the incident, we haven't heard any comments from Steiner. That is until now.
Steiner spoke with TMZ Sports about the incident on Wednesday and claimed that he did not manhandle Hogan's wife.
"I'm not going to dignify [Hogan's] lies. I didn't put my hands on her," Steiner revealed, according to NoDQ.
Still hates Hogan
Even though he does not admit to assaulting Hogan's wife, Steiner nonetheless explained that he was very angry with the fact that the WWE legend got to present Macho Man into the Hall of Fame.
"I told her Hulk introducing 'Macho Man' into the Hall of Fame is bullsh*t ... He hated him. Everyone knew that. It's not my fault Hulk Hogan is afraid of me."
The alleged incident happened on the eve of WrestleMania weekend, and it was then reported that Steiner was subsequently banned from WWE's Hall of Fame ceremony over Mania weekend.
Hogan is then said to have hopped on the next flight to San Jose once he had heard about the altercation.
