Extreme Rules is less than two weeks away and the event is starting to take shape with four matches so far confirmed for the night.
Extreme Rules is the one night a year where the WWE evokes many different stipulations to test their superstars.
Tonight's episode of RAW has resulted in two stipulations for matches finally being confirmed and they will decide the fate of two championships.
Firstly, the United States championship clash between John Cena and Rusev will now be contested in a Russian chain match.
The rules may be unclear but if Rusev's attack on Cena tonight is anything to go by then the match should be something to behold.
The WWE World Heavyweight Championship will be defended when Seth Rollins takes on Randy Orton in a WrestleMania rematch.
A double stipulation was confirmed on RAW tonight after both Rollins and Orton won their respective matches.
Randy Orton overcame what would eventually turn into a two on one handicap match against the Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd and Cesaro.
After pressure from the Authority, Kane was convinced to face Rollins and simply lie down for him to get the win, but it didn't go exactly to plan.
With both men having won their matches, it then left the two to meet in the ring at the end of the show and reveal their stipulations.
Each had the idea to take away the others' biggest weapon and it has now made for a unique double stipulation that should make for a good match.
Either way, the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match at Extreme Rules should be something to behold.
Gearing up for the extreme
With the four matches already confirmed for Extreme Rules set to see the World Heavyweight, Intercontinental, United States and Divas championships all defended, there could be more yet to come.
Dolph Ziggler vs Sheamus and the fate of both Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt are expected to be revealed at some point during the event.
Reigns and the Big Show clashed once again tonight and it now seems likely that the two will come to blows at Extreme Rules once again.
