AS Roma star Juan Iturbe is wanted by two unnamed Premier League clubs, according to his agent.
The Argentinian has been a star performer for Rudi Garcia's men this season and has caught the eye of several European suitors with Arsenal and Liverpool from the Premier League both interested.
Despite the two English clubs monitoring Iturbe's situation, his agent refused to comment on which clubs it is that are interested in signing his client, but only revealed that two teams are prepared to pay £18million for him this Summer.
Iturbe arrived at Roma from Hellas Verona in a deal worth £17m last year but has quickly developed and is now being dubbed as one of the hottest properties in Serie A after a fruitful campaign.
The 21-year-old has been a big part of Garcia's team this season, making 27 league appearances and he will be reluctant to see the Argentine international leave so early on in his Roma career.
Iturbe still has four years left on his current deal after signing a five-year deal last Summer, but according to his agent, interest in him is high and clubs from England are ready to pay £18m in order to land him at the end of the season.
Premier League Interest
Gustavo Mascardi, who is the winger's agent, admitted that interest is there from the Premier League, but he refused to mention any clubs in particular.
Mascardi, speaking on Radio Crc, said: “There are two teams in England who want him and would be willing to pay the fee that Roma did for him.”
Arsene Wenger and Brendan Rodgers are both believed to be admirers of the winger and are bot keen on strengthening their squads ahead of next season.
Wenger will want to add new faces to mount a serious title challenge for next year, whilst Rodgers will do everything he can to get Liverpool back in the Champions League as they look set to miss out this time around.
According to numerous reports, both English teams face losing star-wingers over the Summer or if not somewhere down the line as both Theo Walcott and Raheem Sterling are still against signing new deals.
Walcott is said to be in contract discussions now, whilst Sterling has told Liverpool that he won't hold talks until the Summer.
Iturbe is seen as a suitable replacement for either Walcott or Sterling.
