A derby-day victory can often be the way to turn around a club's fortunes following a poor run. 

Without a win in six games, Al-Faisaly went into the Amman derby with closest rivals Al-Wehdat on the back of a torrid run. 

Shocker

At 1-0 down, home fans at the Prince Mohammed Stadium must have been thinking the worst, but what they were to see next would have worsened their mood further.

After fumbling what seemed to be a simple enough shot, the Jordanian international keeper attempted to make an outrageous overhead clearance. This went terribly wrong, and the ball inadvertently ended up in the back of the keeper's own net.

No way back

This made it 2-0 to Al-Wehdat, with a comeback looking increasingly unlikely.

The game eventually finished 3-0, but it will be Shatnawi's gaffe that will be remembered in what was a bad day for Al-Faisaly.
