Manchester United striker Robin van Persie wants to stay at Old Trafford this summer as he's convinced the club can win the Premier League title under the Louis van Gaal regime next season.
This has been reported by The Sun, who claim that the Dutch international is prepared to reject huge offers from Turkish giants Galatasaray and Fenerbahce in order to prolong his career on English soil.
In fact the report has suggested that the duo are ready to match his current £220,000-a-week wages that he's currently on at the Theatre of Dreams by handing him a three year deal worth £34 million, however it appears that Van Persie isn't interested in a move away from the club just yet despite having just over one year left on his current deal with United.

Van Persie, of course, was brilliant in his debut season at Old Trafford as he played a key role in helping the club secure the Premier League title in Sir Alex Ferguson's final campaign in charge.
It's not been so easy for the striker in recent seasons, however, as he's failed to replicate his fine form under Ferguson.

In fact, despite linking up with Louis van Gaal this season, Van Persie has endured a tricky time at Old Trafford, failing to hit top form and maintain his fitness.
Despite his struggles of late, he's not ready to call it quits at the club just yet, and it appears that he wants to claim his second league title with the club before he moves on.
Under Van Gaal, Van Persie clearly believes that winning England's elite division is an achievable aim, so he may well have a key role to play in the 2015/16 campaign.
Ultimately, if he is to stay on at the club, United fans will be hoping he finds his best form again after a disappointing season. In truth, he's often looked isolated when playing in attack, failing to link up with United's midfield runners.
Must prove himself
Since his injury, United have looked a far more balanced side, too, so he's going to have to work hard in order to secure his place in the side.
He may well be 31-years-old, but it would be wrong to write him off just yet. He's certainly still got an eye for goal and some time off this summer may well do him the world of good ahead of next season.
Perhaps he still has something to give this Manchester United side - he must now prove it all over again.
