With the Premier League season approaching its end, it's not entirely surprising that the national newspapers have a wide range of transfer gossip for us to dig our teeth into.
Fans will no doubt be hoping their clubs splash the cash in the summer transfer window, so let's take a look at some of today's big stories:
Chelsea expect top-class defender Branislav Ivanovic to reject a move to Bayern Munich and sign a new deal with the club, according to the Mirror.
The report claims the German giants are interested in bringing the Serbian international to the Bundesliga in the near future, but it appears that Jose Mourinho and Co. expect him to stay.
Ivanovic, of course, has been a key man for the Blues for some time now, and still has a great deal to offer at the highest level despite approaching the latter stages of his career.
Manchester United chief Louis van Gaal has hinted that there's no way back for Javier Hernandez at Old Trafford, reports the Express.
Hernandez, despite scoring in Real's Champions League quarter-final victory over Atletico Madrid, faces an uncertain future in the game, with Van Gaal seemingly shutting the door on any potential return to United.
The Dutch boss told reporters: "I gave him a chance and then I said the same thing as I did to Danny Welbeck (sold to Arsenal). When you are a substitute it's no good. And I won't change over that.
"So if you score a goal you are suddenly different? I don't think so."
The Daily Star
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger could land Roma ace Mattia Destro for £12 million this summer, according to the Daily Star.
The 24-year-old, who is currently on loan at AC Milan, looks set to leave Roma on a permanent basis, with it now appearing that a move to north London could be possible.
Gunners fans will no doubt be hoping the club add to their forward line in the upcoming market, but it remains to be seen as to whether the club step up their pursuit of the talented Italian anytime soon.
Manchester City outcast Stevan Jovetic could join Inter Milan on loan before completing a £12 million deal to the club, according to the Daily Mail.
The report claims that the Serie A outfit want to take him on a short term basis initially, as they player goes in search of finding his best form.
In fact, the same report has even revealed that Inter are interested in City midfielder Yaya Toure, with the player's future at the Etihad in some doubt.
