As many as six Chelsea player have been included in the PFA Premier League Team of the Year for 2014/15.
The Blues' defensive trio of Branislav Ivanovic, John Terry and Gary Cahill all make the side, while the likes of Eden Hazard, Nemanja Matic and Diego Costa have all been included in the team.
Away from Chelsea, David de Gea of Manchester United take his place between the sticks after a tremendous campaign for the Red Devils.
Southampton, who have the best defensive record in the division, have Ryan Bertrand in the side, while Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho and Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez join Matic and Hazard in the midfield.
Alongside Costa in attack, sees England international Harry Kane, who has been outstanding for Spurs over the course of the season.

It's not entirely surprising that Chelsea dominate the team, with Jose Mourinho's side closing in on the Premier League title.
The Blues, led by talisman Eden Hazard, have been sensational throughout the course of the campaign, and will no doubt be hoping to take one step closer to the Premier League title with a victory over rivals Arsenal later today.
