Bruce Irvin could be on his way to Atlanta Falcons

Published 1 Comments

We begin in the NFL, and reports today suggest Seattle Seahawks are willing to trade away a key member of their defense. ProFootballTalk reported that a league source has told them the Seahawks are considering sending linebacker Bruce Irvin to the Atlanta Falcons. Seattle are not planning to exercise the linebacker's fifth-year option, and a move to Atlanta would reunite Irvin with former Seahawks defensive coordinator Dan Quinn. Across to the NBA, and star forward Kevin Love has been ruled out of action for up to six months after shoulder surgery, providing a huge blow for the Cavs in their hunt for the NBA title. And finally, as a result of the Baltimore riots, the Orioles beat out the Chicago White Sox 8-2 on Wednesday in bizarre scenes at an empty Oriole Park.
