Not a week goes by in WWE without something confusing fans or causing controversy. Many stars get injured in WWE, it may be fake but the falls and collisions are not for the most part, and injuries both real and scripted are part and parcel of the WWE.

Daniel Bryan is the star currently in the hearts of minds of WWE fans after he was pulled from WWE's European Tour last month due to injury, but there are other stars such as Alex Riley that have been battling real life injuries as well.

Huge surgery

"In what could be a storyline injury, they added that the recent attack from NXT Champion Kevin Owens left Riley with a back injury that's keeping him out of action."
