The fee is agreed and it seems personal terms have also been set; Memphis Depay will shortly become a Manchester United player.
Depay, 21, has been touting himself around Europe for the best part of a month, flying to meet Liverpool officials as well as flirting with Paris Saint-Germain in the French capital.
However, a move to Old Trafford always seemed the likely destination. His relationship with Louis van Gaal was too strong for Brendan Rodgers of Laurent Blanc to break.

Now just a medical away from becoming a Red Devil. Depay is confident enough that the deal will go through to announce his arrival on Instagram.
The Holland international says, having already won the Eredivisie with PSV Eindhoven, is ready to replicate his success in the Premier League with his new club.

He said: "I always say; Dream, Believe, Achieve. I was dreaming and believing of becoming the champions of the Eredivisie with @PSV and we achieved it.
"I’m extremely grateful towards PSV, all the fans, @underarmour and @segfootball for believing in me. Now it's time to set my goals again on winning trophies with @ManchesterUnited."

The transfer of Depay threatened to be one of those sagas that draws itself out across the summer. However, Manchester United are not messing around. It seems Van Gaal wants the bulk of his business done before his team leave for a pre-season tour of the USA in July.
Depay represents one of his main targets with Nathaniel Clyne and Mats Hummels believed to be next on the hit list.
Summer spending spree
It is all part of a summer spending spree that could see Manchester United spend close to the £150m they spent last summer.
Van Gaal is also looking for a world-class striker and may also need a goalkeeper if David de Gea leaves for Real Madrid.
Depay himself will be a first team member next season and will be expected to bring some of his electric form to the Premier League.
The 21-year-old has scored 21 goals in the Eredivisie this season and has been backed to adapt from a wide forward to an out-and-out striker in the future.
