WWE: Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady should be the WWE's next top stars

Published 5 Comments

Vince McMahon, Triple H and the rest of creative at the WWE are always looking for that next big star.

In today's market, that need for a star is even greater. Daniel Bryan is incredibly over but can't stop himself from getting injured, whilst Roman Reigns has been pushed to the heavens but struggles to connect with fans.

Because of this, the WWE are still in need of a big star that can completely connect with fans. And they exist, just in NXT. Their names? Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady.

Promo Perfection

Big Cass and Enzo currently work as a tag team and are former Champions, but it is outside the ring, rather than in it, where they shine the brightest.

The pair of New York loudmouths easily deliver the best promos in the WWE today, lightyears ahead of the likes of Seth Rollins, the aforementioned Reigns and even veterans like Randy Orton. The only superstars arguably on their level in the mic game are Bray Wyatt and John Cena. That's it. That's how good they are.

Incredibly Over

Everything that comes out of Amore and Cassady's mouths are catchphrases waiting to be shouted by the WWE Universe and immediately stuck on T-Shirts and every other type of merchandise available.

You cannot deny how much fans love them, hanging onto their every word and chanting them right alongside Amore and Cassady. We haven't seen a tag team like this since The New Age Outlaws and Edge and Christian ruled the roost.

The fact that Big Cass is nearly 7 feet tall also gives the pair credence in the ring. Cass is the muscle and Amore is the speedy livewire.

But the two seriously need a call-up to the main roster pronto. It's best for business. Either as a tag team or as Amore acting as Big Cass' manager, these two are sure-fire stars on Monday Night Raw and SmackDown. The realest guys in the room are wasted in NXT right now. The WWE Universe needs these two studs to come in and take over.

Whatever the 'X Factor' is in wrestling, these two have it in abundance. And you can't teach that!
