Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas says his relationship with Jose Mourinho is very strong, and thanked the Portuguese coach for making his Stamford Bridge move possible. The 28-year-old Spain international joined the Blues in a £27m deal from Barcelona last summer, and has enjoyed an emphatic debut campaign in west London. Fabregas credits Mourinho for helping take his game to the next level, and paid tribute to his new mentor in a recent interview with Spanish radio station Cadena Cope. After securing his first ever Premier League title, the former Arsenal captain has plenty of reason to be happy, and that's reflected by the positive summary he provided following his first 12 months at Chelsea. Mourinho's men seem to be going from strength to strength during his second stint as manager, and Fabregas is likely to form an important part of the club's plans moving forward.
