The girlfriend of Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea dashed off after being asked about the player's potential move to Real Madrid.
This has been reported by the Express, with it being claimed that Edurne Garcia was asked a number of times whether the goalkeeper would be completing a move to the Bernabeu in the upcoming transfer window.
De Gea, who has been in incredible form for the Red Devils throughout the course of the campaign, has been linked with a move to Real for some time now, but his long term future in the game remains uncertain.

Garcia, then, who will be representing Spain in the upcoming Eurovision song contest, was consistently asked about the player's future by Marilo Montero, who was presenting on morning show TVE.
De Gea's future
Initially, she asked whether De Gea would be flying to Vienna to support her during the Eurovision song contest, and his girlfriend responded by stating: “You know my boyfriend is working. The league is coming to an end and he won’t be able to come. I’ve said it many, many times.”

She was then asked: “Is he going to sign with Real Madrid?"
And the report claims that there was a moment of silence, before she diverted the answer and stated:
“The truth is I’m so happy to be here at Eurovision. I can’t hear anything. I’m here to talk about Eurovision and about my song. I’m one of the favourites.”
She was then put on the spot one last time, as the presenter asked: “Would you like it if David signed for Real Madrid, yes or no?. Is he going to sign today and will you be the first one he calls?”
On this occasion, however, the report goes on to reveal that she dashed off, claiming that someone was calling her. One thing's for sure, the subject of De Gea's future is only going to rumble on over the coming weeks, so it's set to be an extremely busy summer for the Spaniard and his partner.
It's looking likely
In truth, of late, it's starting to look like De Gea will move to the Bernabeu. Ultimately, when Real come calling, especially for a Spaniard, it's often difficult to turn them down.
Perhaps, then, United should hand the player the transfer and look to move on as they go in search of long term success under boss Louis van Gaal.
Of course, speculation over his replacement at the Theatre of Dreams will only intensify, but perhaps the club should stick with ex-Barcelona man Victor Valdes, who only made his debut for the club this past weekend.
At the end of the day, if made United's No.1 'keeper, Valdes would add a great deal of experience, and could have a key role to play at the club over the next couple of years. Van Gaal clearly trusts Valdes, so it may be time to give him his chance.
