Memphis Depay shows brilliant skill as a tiny child

Manchester United have just paid £25m for PSV Eindhoven star Memphis Depay, but they could have saved them a lot of money if they had seen this video.

From the age of seven, it was clear that the winger was going to become a special player. He simply breezes past his competitors to score a number of brilliant goals.

He did the same for PSV this season, scoring 22 goals in the Eredivisie to claim both the league title and the golden boot before agreeing a deal with the Old Trafford outfit.

If his form for PSV or his youth team is anything to go by, Premier League defenders will be shaking in their boots.

The seven-year-old shows superior pace, skill and agility against the youngsters, who find it simply impossible to get the ball off of him.

The new Ronaldo?

Depay, now 21, has already been compared to Cristiano Ronaldo and the Dutch international is well on his way to emulating the Real Madrid superstar.

He has pace in abundance as well as an acute eye for set pieces. Not only that, but, like Ronaldo, he has managed to score a hatful of goals whilst playing in a wide-left position.
