GiveMeSport brings you all of today's top headlines from the World of the WWE...
Our main story revolves around CM Punk, who has been tweeting about a possible return to wrestling.
In other news, Samoa Joe made his in-ring debut with NXT after first appearing for the WWE's developmental territory at Takeover, while ECW legend Sabu slammed the WWE Hall of Fame and Stephanie McMahon and Triple H are trying to change the Divas division in the WWE.
Punk's Return Jokes
We start off with CM Punk, who after saying that he will never go back to the WWE ever and could well be done in a wrestling ring altogether, has been talking on Twitter about a potential return to the squared circle.
But, Punk was just joking with a promoter who floated an idea about getting the future UFC fighter to have a match with his good friend Samoa Joe, who despite signing with NXT is still taking indie bookings.
Speaking of Samoa Joe, NXT's newest star has wrestled his first matches in the WWE's developmental division. Joe reportedly confronted Kevin Owens in the first taping, made his in-ring debut against Scott Dawson in the third show and then faced off against the Champion Owens in the fourth.
ECW legend Sabu has revealed that he does not want to entered into the WWE Hall of Fame. Sabu called it the "fakest hall of fame i've ever heard of" saying the WWE only do it to make money.
And finally to news that Triple H and Stephanie McMahon are trying to change the Divas division in the WWE. The Women's division in NXT has been incredible, with Sasha Banks vs Becky Lynch at Takeover being a match of the year candidate.
Hunter and Stephanie apparently want to bring that style of quality wrestling to the WWE, but face stiff opposition from Vince McMahon, who prefers the Divas to be stereotypical catty women who fight with hair pulling instead of actual wrestling moves.
