Adrian Peterson to trade away from the Minnesota Vikings

Published Add your comment

We begin in the NFL where Adrian Peterson has played down rumours linking him to a trade away from the Minnesota Vikings. Reports earlier this week suggested that the running back’s decision not to attend OTAs was in order to force a move, but Peterson has denied this is the case – claiming instead that his absence is to help secure his future with the Vikings. Across to the NBA, and the Golden State Warriors are celebrating making their first NBA Finals for four decades after beating the Rockets 104-90 last night to secure a 4-1 series win out West. Steph Curry and co will now take on the Cleveland Cavaliers for the Larry O’Brian Trophy. Sticking with the Warriors, and the team will be sweating on the health of Klay Thompson ahead of Game One of the Finals. The key man has been diagnosed with concussion-like symptoms after a heavy fall versus Houston.
