For the entire time that Bill Belichick has been the head coach of the New England Patriots, his of the field actions have been fairly predictable.

Belichick is the man behind the success of the Patriots for so many years now that he has put his name up amongst other greats like Vince Lombardi.

When it comes to on the field performance, Belichick has got the Patriots to be one of the most dynamic teams in the league with an ever changing game plan.

However, the post- match media commitments will never really be a mystery when it comes to the Patriots head coach.

New England's off-season after winning a Super Bowl has been heavily marred by the Ted Wells report and Deflategate.

After the franchize decided not to appeal the league's punishment of a $1 million fine and the loss of two draft picks, everyone has wanted to hear from the head coach.

However when Belichick finally addressed the media, his answers left everyone feeling like he hadn't spoken at all.

Belichick was numb on the big issues, when asked about the punishment from the league:

"Yeah, [Kraft] made a statement on that last week,” - Belichick on Deflategate

Given the heavy punishment sent towards Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, Belichick as asked if he intends to play second year pro, Jimmy Garoppolo.

“We’re just going day-by-day right now. Everybody’s working hard, trying to get better,”

Belichick's answers are similar to the last time the media had burning questions for him, after week four of last season.

nOTHING THEN, NOTHING NOW

Following the Patriots heavy defeat to the Kansas City Chiefs in week four of last season, everyone was asking if he would re-evaluate the quarterback situation.

Belichick constantly answered with the phrase "We're onto Cincinnati", rather than giving the media an actual answer.

Belichick's answers today are in keeping with his usual style and it looks like only time will tell what Belichick and the Patriots have planned for next year.
