Football News

Cristiano Ronaldo certainly appears to be enjoying himself on his post season travels, however his recent actions managed to get him in a spot of bother with the police.

As reported by the Daily Mail, after partying in the streets of Saint Tropez, the Real Madrid superstar was caught urinating in the street in the middle of the night.

The report claims that the police gave the 30-year-old a stern talking to after he was spotted trying trying to hide behind a car in front of an ice cream store.

After splitting with long term partner Irina Shayk, Ronaldo has certainly been making the most of the single life of late, but this particular night didn't end so well for the World Player of the Year.

Let's be honest, though, despite enjoying the high life, Ronaldo would no doubt rather be gearing himself up for this weekend's Champions League final.

Unfortunately for Ronaldo, he will have to watch on as rival Lionel Messi takes centre stage as Barcelona go head-to-head with Juventus in football's showpiece event.

Individual brilliance

Despite his club having missed out on silverware, it was still quite the campaign on an individual basis for Ronaldo, as he secured La Liga's Golden Boot award. With a remarkable 48 goals in Spain's elite division this term, the former Manchester United man was quite outstanding at times.

One thing's for sure, once his holidays come to an end, the player will certainly turn his attentions to next season, as he goes in search of constant improvement. He certainly deserves a relaxing period, but don't expect him to slow down next term.

Another huge season awaits for the Portuguese superstar, and he will be desperate for some silverware with Real Madrid.
