Daley Blind has become the latest high-profile figure to publicly laud Memphis Depay for opting to sign for Manchester United, describing the youngster as a player who can change a game. Depay’s move to Old Trafford is all set to go through once the summer transfer window opens in just under one month’s time, and his international teammate Blind is pleased that he will be playing in the Premier League next year. Blind said that Depay was quiet but confident, but is in no doubt that he can be a driving force behind United challenging for major silverware next year. In other news Robin van Persie has admitted he could leave the club, insisting he has to reevaluate his situation. The Dutch striker could be surplus to requirements next term and doesn’t want that with Euro 2016 on the horizon, which could potentially be his last major tournament at international level.
