South Africa 'categorically' deny World Cup bribe

Speaking in Johannesburg on Wednesday, South Africa's Sports and Recreation Minister Fikile Mbalula "categorically" denied that the 10 million US dollars paid to former FIFA official Jack Warner in 2008 was a bribe for his help in securing the World Cup.
