Former Fifa vice president Jack Warner makes an extraordinary television appearance in which he says he fears for his life and claims he will prove a link between key Fifa officials -- including embattled president Sepp Blatter -- and the 2010 election in Trinidad and Tobago. The former Concacaf president also denies taking a bribe of $10m from South African officials in exchange for votes in the 2010 World Cup bidding process.
