Arsenal striker Joel Campbell could be on his way back to Spain this summer as Real Sociedad prepare a £6m bid for the Costa Rica international. David Moyes is keen to strengthen his attacking options in San Sebastian next season and sees the 22-year-old as a suitable acquisition. Campbell spent the second half of the campaign away from the Emirates Stadium after joining La Liga outfit Villarreal on loan as part of the deal that saw the Gunners clinch the £11m signing of Gabriel Paulista in January. He managed just one goal during his time at El Madrigal, but was primarily deployed as a winger, whereas Moyes plans to play him in his preferred position as a centre forward. It's unclear whether Arsene Wenger would be willing to cash-in on the player. However, with competition for places in north London at an all-time high, it's difficult to see Campbell breaking into Arsenal's starting XI.
