We are in the week leading up to the Money in the Bank PPV and tonight saw the final episode of RAW before the big event.
One of the biggest matches this Sunday will be Kevin Owens vs John Cena with the NXT Champion making his second appearance on PPV.
Owens has brought a big gap which once existed between NXT and the main roster a lot closer together as he has continued to appear on both shows.
When inside the NXT arena however, Owens is being targeted by the newest addition to the brand in Samoa Joe.
Joe made his debut at NXT Takeover Unstoppable several weeks ago and has appeared once more since then.
Each time Joe has made a beeline for the NXT Champion and this Wednesday, he will finally make another landmark moment.
This Wednesday, Joe will be on NXT programming once again in a moment which some fans thought would never happen.
Samoa Joe is set to make his in-ring debut for WWE on NXT this Wednesday and officially brand himself a WWE superstar.
There has been no announcement yet as to who Joe will face but it is expected to be a big NXT star.
A big impact
Joe has already a big impact in WWE as he confronted the illusive Kevin Owens twice already, but he has also made his mark on another man.
Last week, in an un-televised match with Tyson Kidd, Kidd suffered a big injury which could see him written off of TV for several months.
The WWE has yet to confirm what the injury itself is that Kidd suffered but it clearly doesn't bold well for the star who has recently re-invigorated himself.
Kidd has found his place in WWE recently by teaming with Cesaro but a long term injury could spell the end of their pairing.
