Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone has confirmed the club's representatives are in talks with Juventus striker Carlos Tevez over a potential summer move.
The Argentinian international is expected to leave The Old Lady this Summer, ending his two year associations with the club.
Tevez has won two Serie A titles in his time at Juve and a Coppa Italia. He has also won a Champions League Runners-Up medal after they fell just short on Saturday evening against FC Barcelona in Berlin.

Tevez has been strongly linked with a move away from the club, with Premier League side Liverpool apparently interested in signing him, but it looks like Atletico are in the drivers seat after they have already held talks with the striker and his representatives.
It was thought earlier on in the season that the 31-year-old would be returning to Argentina in order to re-join boyhood club Boca Juniors, but those plans look to be put on hold with the striker keen on having one last challenge in Europe.

Tevez has played in the Premier League with a trio of clubs; West Ham United, Manchester United and Manchester City, as well as Juve in Serie A and now a La Liga challenge awaits him.
Simeone Praises Tevez
Speaking in a recent interview, Simeone has admitted that the club are in talks with the Juve striker despite him not having any contact at all.
The manager continued by praising the striker and admitting that it's excited for Atletico to be linked with players of Tevez's abilities.
"I haven't spoken with him but I know people at the club are talking to his agent. It's exciting to be linked with players like Tevez," Simeone was quoted as saying by BBC Sport.
"He has the game in his blood," he added. "He'd be an ideal signing for our style of play."
Busy Week for Juve
Juventus have already been busy in the transfer window making sure they replace outgoing stars.
Tevez's replacement, if he does in fact leave the club, is Paulo Dybala. The striker agreed to complete a switch from Palermo earlier this month, snubbing a move to the Premier League in the process.
As well as signing a new striker, The Old Lady has also signed a new midfielder with reports growing about Andrea Pirlo's future being away from Turin.
Juve announced the deal of Sami Khedira yesterday after agreeing terms with him. The German international left Real Madrid on a free transfer and was a free agent with Premier League clubs interested.
