San Diego Chargers to retire LaDainian Tomlinson jersey

Reports yesterday claimed cornerback Malcolm Butler had been held out of practice for three weeks after turning up late to OTAs following a missed flight, and the NFL players association is now looking into whether the Super Bowl champions violated the Collective Bargaining Agreement with their tough punishment. Elsewhere in the league, the San Diego Chargers have announced plans to retire the number of former running back LaDainian Tomlinson. The future Hall of Famer racked up over 13,000 yards for the franchise and will see his 21 jersey retired during the 2015 season.
