WWE: Brock Lesnar to return on RAW next week

Football News

Brock Lesnar is arguably the biggest name in the WWE right now, but the Superstar hasn't been seen since the Raw after WrestleMania 31.

As is widely known, Lesnar is only on a part-time contract and the WWE have to come up with some creative ways that the 'Beast Incarnate' can be off TV for long periods of time in order to not use up his scheduled appearances in meaningless Raw's and sub-par PPV's like Payback.

This time, Vince McMahon, Triple H and co chose to have Lesnar go absolutely mental on that Raw after Mania and attack a cameraman when Seth Rollins refused to give him a rematch. Stephanie McMahon suspended Lesnar and he hasn't been seen since. Until now.

Next Monday

According to a report from Wrestling Inc, citing the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Lesnar is set to return very soon, next week in fact.

Yes, Brock Lesnar will be back on our television screens next Monday on Raw, wrestling fans rejoice for the return of the Beast and Mayor of 'Suplex City.'

"In an update on Brock Lesnar's status, he's scheduled to return at the June 15th RAW in Cleveland next week with Paul Heyman. They will be back the next week in Indianapolis and both are planned to be regulars at least through SummerSlam," Marc Middleton wrote.

The Money in the Bank Pay-Per-View takes place this Sunday, with Dean Ambrose facing off against Seth Rollins in a Ladder Match for the biggest prize in the WWE. A Lesnar return to disrupt the Main Event is not out of the question at all.

Lesnar is almost certainly returning and coming straight for the title that was taken from him at WrestleMania by Seth Rollins and the MiTB briefcase. Roman Reigns, the other man in that 'Mania match, is going to be competing in the Money in the Bank ladder match this time around and he will still be in the main event picture alongside Lesnar, Rollins and Ambrose.
