WWE: Seth Rollins trolls Johnny Manziel and LeBron James on Raw

Published 4 Comments

The WWE has been going through a string of excellent promos as of late recently.

Yesterday we reported how Dean Ambrose had paid tribute to the recently departed Dusty Rhodes by grabbing a microphone after his loss against Seth Rollins at Money in the Bank, to deliver a promo to the crowd that was incredibly reminiscent of 'The American Dream's' infamous Hard Times speech.

And just a day later, the man that Ambrose faced - Rollins - came out on Raw and delivered a heel masterpiece.

Rollins the Troll

Rollins, the WWE World Heavyweight Champion who won the ladder match to retain the title, pulled a classic heel manoeuvre tonight at Monday Night Raw in Cleveland — bash the hometown teams.

Rollins slammed Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel, who just so happened to be seated ringside, calling him “Johnny Idiot Face,” noting he’d never win a title. Then he went on to LeBron James, saying the Cavs had no chance in the NBA Finals this year.

"Take a good look Cleveland," Rollins stated while lifting up the WWE title. "This is what a World Championship looks like. Hell, Johnny Idiot Face over there is never going to bring you a title! LeBron James ain't bringing a title back to Cleveland!"

Seth Rollins is great at doing heel stuff like this. The crowd already hates him like mad and when he lights the touch paper, the WWE Universe explodes.

It is nearly as good as the heat that The Rock gets during this song about how bad Sacramento is and how he can't wait till the Lakers beat them.
