Manchester United winger Nani is on the verge of completing a permanent move away from Old Trafford as Turkish giants Fenerbahce close in on a £7 million transfer.
That's according to the Daily Mail, who suggest the Portugal international will earn as much as £55,000-a-week after tax at Sukru Saracoglu Stadium in Istanbul.
Nani spent the 2014/15 campaign back in his homeland on a season-long loan with former club Sporting Lisbon, but the Primeira Liga outfit could not afford to keep the 28-year-old, meaning he returned to England upon the expiry of his temporary deal.

However, Louis van Gaal has deemed the fleet-footed forward surplus to requirements at the Theatre of Dreams and so made him available for transfer at a fraction of the price that the Red Devils signed him for back in 2007, when the window reopens in a little over a week's time.
The Portuguese ace joined the Premier League giants the same summer as Brazilian midfielder Anderson, with The Guardian reporting then that the pair were recruited for a combined £35 million fee.

His prospective move to the Super Lig represents a massive fall from grace for Nani, who was voted Manchester United's Players' Player of the Year in 2011. However, his form has been too inconsistent to warrant a regular place in the team, particularly in the aftermath of Sir Alex Ferguson's retirement in 2013.
David Moyes shocked supporters when one of his first decisions taken after succeeding Ferguson at Old Trafford involved offering Nani a new five-year contract, despite the fact he'd performed so unpredictably over the previous couple of seasons.
He still has three years to run on that existing agreement, but in the knowledge that regular action will be difficult to come by the wide-man has opted his future would be better served away from the club.
Nani is expected to travel to Turkey later this week to undergo a medical after Fenerbahce opened talks with senior reps at Manchester United, and he will be offered a four-year deal with Vitor Pereira's side.
The 46-year-old coach is also eyeing another Premier League star with Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina lined up for a £4 million move in time for the start of the 2015/16 campaign.
