It's far from certain, however, as to whether Arsene Wenger and Co. at the Emirates would be willing to entertain bids from Real, with Koscielny having played a key role for the north London outfit over the course of the past couple of years.
The French international, of course, has developed a fine partnership with towering German defender Per Mertesacker, so it would be a major surprise if the player was to depart the club in the near future.

In fact, with the 29-year-old only having signed a new deal with the club last summer, the Arsenal hierarchy are certainly in a great position to fend off bids from the Spanish giants.
If Ramos really does complete a move to Manchester United, though, Arsenal may well have to prepare themselves, as Real Madrid go about finding a replacement for the experienced centre-back.
There's no doubt about it, Arsenal must keep their most consistent centre-back at the club if they're serious about overhauling Chelsea at the summit of the Premier League table next term.
Ultimately, the Frenchman has proved a key man for the club over the course of the last couple of years and may well have a huge role to play for the club for the foreseeable future.
With Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech seemingly on his way to the club, Wenger will surely be desperate to build up a strong relationship in the defensive department. You have to feel with the likes of Cech, Koscielny and Co. protecting the Arsenal goal, the club stand a great chance of achieving great success next season.
There's no doubt about it, that duo are the experienced stars Wenger's in need of if he and his side are to become champions of England again.
