Tonight saw a couple of returns on RAW with two being of men who were missing from last week's episode and another being a return to action.
Rusev has seemingly overcome his broken ankle and seems ready to return to action while the Beast Incarnate returned to RAW in a destructive way after a week away due to the recent live special from Tokyo.
After several weeks away, Randy Orton finally returned to WWE TV tonight and has seemingly picked his target for a clash at Battleground.
We were treated to a very entertaining match between Roman Reigns and Sheamus which came with a very strange ending.
With Reigns becoming the target of Bray Wyatt in recent weeks, the new face of fear has become a constant presence in Reigns' matches of late.
Last week he left Reigns in a heap at ringside during a match against the Authority, this week, he seemingly found a follower to confront Reigns.
Sheamus won the match by count-out but the action wasn't done there.
The WWE's Apex Predator returned to confront the Celtic Warrior with the two brawling around ringside.
With just two weeks until Battleground comes to Orton's home tome of St Louis, it now seems the two may be on a collision course.
The Beast returns and destroys
Following a comprehensive win over Kofi Kingston in Tokyo, Japan, Brock Lesnar returned to RAW to hunt down the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins.
When Rollins and J&J Security grabbed axe handles and went to the ring to call out the beast, what would happen next was certainly something to behold.
It will be interesting to see when we next see Jamie Noble after he suffered the Kimura Lock and what the fallout from Lesnar's attack will be on Smackdown.
