Gunnners ace rejects a move to his former club

Published Add your comment

Arsenal defender Calum Chambers is set to reject the chance to rejoin his former club Southampton on a season-long loan deal. Ronald Koeman had been hoping to bring Chambers in as a replacement for Nathaniel Clyne, who completed a move to Liverpool earlier this summer, but it now appears that the England international will stay on at the Emirates. Chambers will no doubt be hoping to play a key role for the Gunners, as they go in search of success on both the domestic and European scene next season.
