After the signing of ex-Chelsea goal keeper Petr Cech, many are considering Arsenal legitimate title contenders for the upcoming 2015/16 season as it's the first time in a number of seasons that the North London club seemingly have a proven, strong player in every position.
However, there are a number of supporters who claim that the piece they are still missing is a prolific striker.
While this may seem like a concern on the surface, Arsenal do posses good attacking ability in Olivier Giroud, Danny Welbeck, and Theo Walcott who can play the center forward role if need be.

The one area where they should improve though, is the holding midfield role.
While the Gunners do have a solid starting holding midfielder in Francis Coquelin who has proven his ability over the last year, the backup for the Frenchman isn't quite good enough anymore, especially if they are hoping to challenge Chelsea and the Manchester clubs for the title.
Mathieu Flamini and Mikel Arteta have both suffered with injuries and aging over the past couple seasons, and neither of the veterans can provide Arsenal with the same quality that Coquelin can.
This is where Arsene Wenger should use the London club's ability to sign players, and snap up a holding midfielder that can provide a solid foundation of backup in the holding midfield role.
Injury has been a real issue for the Gunners over the past few seasons and the more quality they have in the squad the better.
Not only would Arsenal benefit from the fact they would have some insurance in the midfield, but it would also allow players such as Alexis Sanchez and Theo Walcott with more opportunities to prove their worth at the center-forward role if Giroud and Welbeck are unable to produce.
