Another episode of Tough Enough has passed by this week and another competitor’s hopes of earning a $250,000 contract with the WWE came to an end.
This week it was female hopeful Gabi Castrovinci from Brazil whose chances ended as she finished in the bottom three alongside Tanner Saraceno and Sara Lee.
This year, the WWE have switched it up with Tough Enough as they will be hoping this year’s winners will actually make an impact by training at the Performance Center before moving to NXT, and hopefully actually make a career in the WWE.

With previous winners, we haven’t really seen much of them as they have been released, and the whole season of crowning a winner has gone to waste.
The only real winners who have gone on to make a career are two men competing in the Intercontinental Championship match this Sunday at Battleground; Ryback and The Miz.

The remaining competitors will look to people like them for inspiration and hope to reach those heights, whilst as fans we will be supporting them as they could be the ones gracing our television sets for years to come.
It’s clear favourites have been established, either by winning challenges, impressing the judges and coaches or by building up a fan base. Here are the individuals I believe stand the best chance of winning the tournament, or at least deserve it the most.
Tough Enough will crown two winners, one male and one female will secure the $250,000 contract and from what we have seen so far I believe the male winner has to be Patrick Clark Jr.
It’s clear he has the most knowledge and the most passion for the business which is what we as fans want to see from the competitors.
How many failed football players do we need to get through before we find someone who was made to wrestle and compete in front of thousands of passionate fans like Patrick?
He’s well spoken, he can back up his words with his effort in the challenges and with three wins under his belt he’s put himself in a safe position to be in with a great shout of securing that contract.
He has age on his side. At only 19 years old, he’s proving to be someone to keep an eye on and he would be a worthy investment.
He would have plenty of time ahead of him to improve, learn the WWE style before hopefully using all of these experiences to his advantage and build a long-lasting career. All he needs to do for the remaining six weeks is continue doing what he’s doing, he’s not put a foot wrong.
For the females, we find ourselves in a similar position as Giorgia Piscina. Like Patrick, she’s dominating the challenges one by one and has three wins already, establishing herself as the one to beat.
She’s definitely the one woman the remaining competitors will be trying to defeat as she’s really someone you can see inside of a WWE ring in the future.
Of course, none of them are the finished article just yet and the reason they are on Tough Enough is to learn and prove they belong there and judging by the four episodes we have seen so far.
Giorgia looks the most likely to be handed the contract because she seems to be getting to grips with it far better than the others. It would take one huge mistake for her to even be within an inch of the bottom three.
She’s done well in the challenges both inside and outside of the ring, and if the competition was to end today we would have worthy winners in both Patrick and Giorgia.
It’s not a guarantee that both Patrick and Giorgia will be the winners. As fans, we have the power in our hands as well to decide who stays and who goes and there are others who could be in with a chance if they continue to improve.
For the guys, you would have to say Joshua Bredl. You could argue that Tanner stands a better chance but 'The Yeti' is somebody who has a very unique looks, something the WWE likes and I feel this could be a big reason he might still find himself in the WWE.
Another female who has impressed every week is Amanda Saccomanno. I feel that for the women it’s between Giorgia and Amanda as one of the two will definitely take the contract and it will be interesting to see whether she can dislodge Giorgia as the favourite in the coming weeks.
You simply cannot dislike Zamariah Loupe, otherwise known as ZZ. ZZ has proven himself to be the most charismatic of the contestants and the one who has the personality to succeed, the only thing holding him back is his conditioning as he isn’t like the other athletes in the show.
Saying that, he does have the tools to win the tournament because the fans are most definitely behind him. Even if he doesn’t win the youngster will probably still find himself in the WWE one way or another.
Sara Lee has come under intense scrutiny from Paige as she hasn’t really come out of her shell, and she has found herself in the bottom three for two weeks running.
This week, she started to show there’s more to her than the nice girl routine. She looks different, and with her fan base and likability, she will just need to keep improving to stand a chance of winning.
