According to a report from PW Insider, via Wrestling Inc, The Deadman will indeed be making an incredible return to the ring and it could be sooner than you think.
"The Undertaker is scheduled to return to WWE TV next week to start building to a match at the August SummerSlam pay-per-view, according to PWInsider," they wrote.
"Taker is currently scheduled for Monday's RAW in Kansas City and could be appearing at the Battleground pay-per-view, but that's not confirmed."
The Undertaker sparked speculation of an early return earlier this week when a photo emerged showing him looking in impressive shape during a recent workout. With just a few weeks to go until SummerSlam we now know exactly why he was working so hard.
Indeed, there has even been rumors that the Deadman could be involved in some shape or form in this weekend's Battleground.
It's possible that Taker could be teaming up with his brother Kane to wreak havoc on the Main Event this weekend. Brock Lesnar broke Undertaker's unbeaten streak at WrestleMania so there's the revenge angle there, while Rollins kicked Kane's injured ankle on RAW this week.
We'll have to wait and see how everything transpires, but it should be incredibly exciting viewing.
