Anyone who has watched LeBron James since his league début way back in 2003 would be forgiven for thinking they've seen it all from the four-time NBA MVP.
You only had to have seen his recent MVP worthy Finals performance to see that the Cleveland Cavaliers star has an offensive arsenal that an entire NBA roster would be proud of.
But, no matter how much of a LeBron James scholar you are, we are pretty sure you won't have seen him make a shot as effortlessly awesome as the one the All-Star lands in a video that surfaced online today.

Not exactly known for his free throwing prowess - indeed he shot his lowest percentage from the line for seven seasons in 2014-15 - LeBron James might want to bring this trick shot to the NBA when the upcoming campaign gets under way.
The ease with which LeBron makes the shot is frightening to us mere mortals who struggle enough as it is to get consistency from the FT line.
Much like his post-buzzer half-court shot this past season, the fact the superstar can make such shots without breaking a sweat is surely further proof that the basketball gods have made their choice as to who is to be the best player of his generation.
Room for improvement
As alluded to above, free throwing shooting is perhaps the one area of his game that LeBron James has seen regress in recent times.
The Cavs star shot just .71 from the charity strip during 2014-15 and even made some late-season adjustments in an attempt to improve his efficiency.
The slight tinkering with his mechanics and motion failed to produce radical results however, so perhaps going for sheer audacity from the free throw line from here on out is the way forward.
Unfortunately, LeBron isn't known for his show-boating tactics - he has avoided the NBA Slam Dunk Contest through his career remember - so the backward trick shot might be saved for the offseason only.
