During his time in the WWE CM Punk build himself a reputation as one of the most outspoken, controversial figures in the business.
You might think that, after having retired from pro wrestling, he would mellow a little. Instead, though, Punk has spent the past few months seemingly calling out anything and everything to do with his former profession.
That extended last night to former WWE Superstar Virgil who, after engaging in what appeared to be light hearted banter on Twitter, was hit with a pretty vile insult from CM Punk.

Virgil, who was part of the then WWF for a large chunk of the 1980s and '90s and made a brief return in 2010, kicked things off when he tried to one-up CM Punk when it came to, of all things, Reddit AMAs:
Nothing particular offensive there, right? Just an old wrestler looking to jump in and promote his event to a recently popular star's fan base.
Well CM Punk apparently didn't see it that way. Rather than carrying on the exchange, or at least politely ignoring it, the Chicago native responded with a five word message that is definitely NSFW. It read as follows (minus the *s):
"No thanks. You're a c***"
A little over the top you might say.
Whether Virgil and CM Punk have some beef the WWE Universe doesn't know about is unclear.
Either way, it certainly looks like the former wrestler-turned UFC fighter is doing his best to cut ties with anything and everything to do with the WWE.
