Real Madrid have rejected an offer worth £85 million for Cristiano Ronaldo according to reports.
That's according to Spanish newspaper AS, who lead with the story on the front page this morning. PSG have had their Financial Fair Play restrictions lifted and are now looking to make up for lost time by splashing some cash.
The Ligue 1 giants are close to sealing a deal for Angel di Maria from Manchester United for around €65 million, and it seems as though that could just be the tip of the iceberg.

There has been some doubts about Ronaldo's future at Real Madrid of late following the appointment of Rafa Benitez as the replacement for Carlo Ancelotti, who was sacked after the club failed to win a trophy last season.
Publicly Ronaldo has backed the former Liverpool manager to succeed at the Bernabeu but AS report that PSG are trying to test the strength of his desire to stay put with a world record transfer offer.
However Real Madrid have no intention of selling up and have rejected the offer having already let Iker Casillas leave to join Porto earlier this month, while they are fighting to keep hold of another veteran in Sergio Ramos from the clutches of Manchester United.
Reports earlier this week linked Manchester United with a swoop for their former player, and Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal wouldn't be drawn on the speculation when pressed earlier this week.
‘Ronaldo to United? I never answer the question because I cannot answer the question,’ the Dutchman said.
