Iniesta hails Guardiola´s impact

Barcelona midfielder Andres Iniesta has hailed the new work ethic instilled by coach Pep Guardiola as necessary but enjoyable.

The Catalan giants have had to watch as rivals Real Madrid have overtaken them in the Primera Liga during the past two seasons, and have endured two years without a trophy since lifting the league and Champions League double in 2006.

During the reign of previous coach Frank Rijkaard reports of the team´s stars skipping training to attend photo shoots were common place, but Iniesta insists the same will not happen with former Barca captain Guardiola at the helm and said: "In any job it´s necessary to change things, especially when they´re going badly."
