WWE: Kevin Owens reveals he would love to feud with Brock Lesnar

Published 6 Comments

Kevin Owens got his career off to an incredibly blistering start at the WWE.

Incredible Start

On his very first night in NXT, Owens broke his nose in his match against C.J Parker before coming out to congratulate his friend Sami Zayn and power-bombing the former El Generico into the ring apron to cement himself as the brand's top heel.

And when Owens went on to make his Main Roster debut, he did it in equally impressive fashion; hitting a pop-up powerbomb on John Cena then going on to beat Cena in his first ever match at Elimination Chamber.

Lesnar Looming?

After going up against Cena in a story line, Owens obviously sees himself going up against bigger and better fish in the WWE, rather than Cesaro who he is currently feuding with and will probably face at SummerSlam.

Apparently that man in Brock Lesnar.  Owens recently spoke with talkSPORT's Gorilla Position podcast, here via MTV UK, and discussed the possibility of facing Lesnar inside the squared circle.

"I think there's only one answer for me right now, and it is Brock Lesnar. I think a lot of people want to see it."

Big Fan

Owens went on to say that he was actually a huge Lesnar fan when he was younger, being in the crowd to see his debut, buying tonnes of his merchandise and then even going on to incorporate some of his moves in to his own matches.

"I was there the night he made his debut on Raw for WWE. I was in the crowd, like the fifth row. I remember being blown away immediately by this guy, I was on board right away," the French-Canadian said.

"I bought Brock Lesnar T-shirts and Brock Lesnar hats. My parents got a dog that summer, I named him Brock. Seriously, he was a blonde Lab, he was huge: 'That's Brock!'" Owens revealed.

"I used to do the F5 when I was on the indies because of how much I admire him so I'd love to be the one to put an end to him."
