In the past few months, a number of NXT superstars and divas have made their way to the main roster, and they have impressed the WWE Universe.
Neville arrived on the main roster the night after WrestleMania 31. Sami Zayn put on an epic performance against John Cena, coming up short in the United States Championship open challenge.
The Lucha Dragons have lit up the tag team division. Kevin Owens shocked the world by defeating Cena clean in the middle of the ring at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view.

Most recently, a trio of NXT divas have reinvigorated the divas division, thanks to Becky Lynch, Charlotte and current NXT Women’s Champion; Sasha Banks.

If rumours are to be believed, then two of the most popular stars in NXT history will be next to move up to the main roster, Enzo Amore and Big Cass.
REALEST GUYS IN THE ROOM
If you have never seen the duo in action, their bit inside of the ring and on the microphone then you are missing out. Every single week they manage to entertain the NXT fans, without fail.
They are solid workers in the ring as they have unique chemistry, with each other as well as their ability to connect with the fans which is really difficult nowadays.
They have exactly what you look for in a tag team. They aren’t boring, they’re actually fantastic on the microphone, they reek charisma, they can work in the ring and they have a unique look about them too.
Wrestlezone.com have reported that Amore and Big Cass competed at a WWE live event in Odessa, Texas where they defeated The Ascension and the crowd were behind them 100%.
This could be an early indication that they are now being groomed for a full main roster debut on Monday Night Raw, and the day that happens the arena is guaranteed to erupt with their antics and superior verbal skills.
The interesting thing about Enzo Amore and Big Cass is that regardless of their immense popularity on NXT, they have never held the NXT Tag Team Championships.
This does come as a surprise as they are far more popular than any team NXT has seen.
So far, The Ascension, The Lucha Dragons and Blake & Murphy have held the gold, Amore and Big Cass have missed out on multiple occasions.
It can be argued that because of their popularity and skills, they don’t really need the titles to be over with the fans.
This is also a further indication that their call-up could be nearing. They’ve fallen out of the NXT Tag Team Championship picture after a lengthy feud with the champions, with Aiden English and Simon Gotch of the Vaudevillians taking over as the contenders.
Although they’d be a massive loss to NXT, the main roster will be bringing in a top quality tag team.
