Vince McMahon absolutely loves having celebrities make appearances in the WWE, there's no denying it.
The list is endless, with Mike Tyson, Floyd Mayweather, Lawrence Taylor, Donald Trump and more recently the likes of Ronda Rousey and the cast of Entourage making appearances at WrestleMania and Monday Night Raw, respectively.
It seems like there will be another name to add to that list sooner or later, Stephen Amell who portrays the lead character in Arrow.

Months in the Making
There have been rumors circulating that Amell would be appearing in a WWE ring for months ever since he and Stardust had something of a run-in during an edition of RAW earlier this year.
And it seems like Amell will be appearing at SummerSlam next month in Brooklyn, which has been elongated to four hours to accommodate all of the matches taking place.
Amell's appearance seems all but confirmed after a report from Wrestling Inc revealed that the signing the TV star had scheduled for that Sunday have been cancelled.
"Amell is booked to appear at the Wizard World convention in Chicago during SummerSlam weekend but the signing for SummerSlam Sunday has been canceled. Amell will now only be appearing on Saturday," the report stated.
Tag Team Match
In what would be another new development, it seems the WWE are going to put Amell in a tag team event, where he would take on Stardust and The Miz alongside Neville, who has been Stardust's target in recent weeks.
"We noted how Amell will likely be appearing at an upcoming WWE event, possibly the August 10th RAW from Everett, Washington. Speculation is that Amell and Neville may take on Stardust and The Miz in some sort of match," Marc Middleton added.
Adding The Miz to the match would make sense as he fancies himself as a top Hollywood star and Amell's presence can obviously cause a fallout and hatred. And it needs to be a tag match to hide Amell's lack of wrestling training, which would be badly exposed in a singles event.
