Norwich City have finalized a deal for Liverpool defender Andre Wisdom, who will be joining the Canaries on a year-long loan.
The 22-year-old defender has been loaned out to both Derby and West Brom, respectively, although his success has been mixed.
Wisdom has recently signed a new ''long-term'' (Liverpool FC did not disclose the length of the contract) after a mixed season with West Brom, where he made 24 league appearances, and ''can't wait to get started'' with the Canaries this season.

During this most recent loan, Wisdom showed his versatility by playing right back and center-back, with varying levels of success. Due to his versatility, Canaries manager Alex Neil stated that he ''will add competition for (all) places''.
Despite Wisdom's young age he has plenty of Premier League experience playing 38 times in the Premier League for Liverpool and West Brom, and will certainly add much needed quality and depth in Norwich's defense.
On top of this the Canaries have signed left midfielder Robbie Brady from recently relegated Hull, for a fee reported to be around £7 million. The Irish international penned a three-year deal on Wednesday afternoon.
Brady, a long-term target for the Canaries, will strengthen a relatively weak left midfield at Carrow Road and will hope to put last season's disappointment behind him.
Alex Neil, in an interview with the Canaries Official Website, stated that, whilst he has ''got a lot in his locker'', Brady can improve in the future as ''his best days are ahead of him''. Brady's energy and pace could add another dimension to Norwich's attack and, due to his strong left foot, can be another option for set pieces. however, Brady has not scored in the league since September 2013.
Only time will tell if these two new signings will help the newly promoted Norwich retain their Premier League status at the end of the season.
