Missing posters of Angel di Maria have been spotted in Manchester after Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal admitted that he doesn't know where the club's record signing is.
After Manchester United were beaten by PSG in their pre-season clash in north America in the early hours of this morning, Van Gaal claimed he had not heard from the Argentine international.
Di Maria, of course, looked set to join up with the United squad on their tour of the US last week, however he failed to show, as speculation continues to rumble on over his long term future in the game.

In fact, especially of late, the ex-Real Madrid midfielder has been heavily linked with a move to French moneybags Paris Saint-Germain, who actually beat Van Gaal's side 2-0 last night.

Where is Di Maria?
Alan Brazil, from talkSPORT, tweeted: 'SPOTTED: These posters have been found around Manchester today after LVG revealed he doesn't know where Di Maria is.'
Let's be honest, despite securing five signings in this transfer window, Louis van Gaal and the Manchester United hierarchy still have a lot to do in the coming weeks. With Di Maria surely heading out, you'd expect someone to come in and replace him despite the signing of talented Dutchman Memphis Depay.
Pedro, of course, has been linked, and he'd no doubt slot into Van Gaal's system with ease. He's certainly a different type of player to Di Maria, but he'd most definitely add to the United squad, as they go in search of success on the domestic and European scene.
Then, of course, there's the David de Gea debacle. Of course, Real Madrid have been linked with his signature for some time, but it's bizarre that the Red Devils have let the saga drag on for so long.
Is Sergio Romero really good enough to replace him as No.1? If he isn't, then United officials don't have a great deal of time to land a top class goalkeeper. It's also strange that the club haven't added in the centre-half position, while many had been hoping to see a new world-class striker arrive after the departures of Robin van Persie and Radamel Falcao.
It's unlikely that things will quieten down in Manchester anytime soon.
