Turkey coach Fatih Terim could remain in his post for another two years, according to the football federation´s president.

It has been widely reported that Terim wanted a return to club management, with the man himself admitting after Wednesday´s Euro 2008 semi-final loss to Germany that he did not see himself remaining in Turkey.

But Hasan Dogan told the federation´s website: "We talked yesterday (Thursday) on the plane returning from Basle. At this moment in time Terim is at the helm of the national side and, God willing, he will be so until 2010."
