Manchester United goalkeeping coach Frans Hoek has insisted that Victor Valdes is a great goalkeeper and will join a great club ahead of the 2015/16 season.
As reported by ESPN, Hoek has insisted that he doesn't want to talk about Valdes' and Louis van Gaal's falling out, but has backed the shot-stopper to move on in the immediate future.
Valdes, of course, looks set to depart the Theatre of Dreams after making just one start for the first-team in the final game of the 2014/15 season.

The experienced former Barcelona man was left out of Manchester United's pre-season tour of the US after he seemingly refused to be play for the club's Under-21 side last season.
And now it appears that there's no going back in his relationship with Van Gaal, and he will move on sooner rather than later.

Hoek, though, seemingly holds the 'keeper in high regard, as he stated: "I don't want to talk about negative things. Valdes is a great goalkeeper and I am sure he will find a great team this season."
Valdes, then, is still in Manchester training with the club, but it's surely only a matter of time before he brings his brief stint at the club to a close. With the David de Gea saga still ongoing, it's certainly a shame for the 33-year-old, who may well have been handed the opportunity to become the Red Devils' No.1 for the new season.
Romero could be the man
With Valdes out of the picture, perhaps Argentine 'keeper Sergio Romero will be the man to replace De Gea between the sticks next term.
Of course, it's far from certain as to whether the Spanish international will complete a move to Real Madrid, but if he does, then Red Devils fans will be hoping the club manage to find a suitable replacement.
In Romero, then, they may well have already found one, but it certainly won't be easy for the 28-year-old to adapt to the English game.
In truth, he's flamboyant at the best of time, but he is a fine shot-stopper and has gained a great deal of experience in the game. It will certainly be interesting to see if Van Gaal enters the market for another goalkeeper or whether he puts his trust into his latest recruit.
